Billi is a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Resources; she has also earned her Certified Staffing Professional certificate from the American Staffing Association. While in college Billi competed on the college rodeo team and was a part of the college ambassador program. After completing her degree she moved to Kansas where she enjoys being highly involved in the community and church. Billi also enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, fishing, and hunting in her spare time.
