Premier Executive Recruiting is a woman-owned executive search firm specialized in locating, evaluating and acquiring the best talent available for our clients. Premier was established in 1998, and has a reputation of recruiting top talent for companies who refuse to hire mediocre employees.

Our greatest asset is our ability to give our clients access to the top 20% of individuals in their fields. These impact players are systematically sought out and recruited by our firm for our specific openings.
