Referral Program

We at Premier Personnel recognize the power of our candidates peer network, and we are always searching for top talent. If you know of someone who you feel is an excellent employee, provide us with the name, contact information, and brief skills summary, and we’ll do the rest. You remain confidential, and collect a $100 referral bonus if the person is placed by our firm in a direct-hire position within one year of the referral. There are no limits to the number of referral fees we will pay, so be sure to refer any co-workers you think may be interested in advancing their career.

In addition to candidate referrals, we will also pay you for referring a company or hiring authority to us that utilizes our service resulting in a direct placement with in 3 months. In appreciation of these referrals, Premier Personnel offers a 3% referral bonus of the final placement fee. It’s our way of saying, “Thank you”.
